Kirkland Community Outreach is a ministry that provides services to indigent, homeless, and low-income individuals within Bexar County. We provide long-term care for individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities. Services include but are not limited to, housing, behavioral health care, in-home caregiver services, nursing services, and other therapeutic support services.
